Early stages farm conversion to commercial kennel facilities. Gourlaw Farm stands on Crown Estate land to the south of Edinburgh, necessitating a two-stage planning process.

Currently at feasibility stage, the proposal will provide 20 high-end boarding kennels with associated facilities within a handsome, early 20th century stone built barn. The work naturally includes a full environmental upgrade, and sustainable energy proposals are under investigation.
